Thank you for saving my head! (Read Article)Posted: 11/30/2011
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to thank you for saving my head, and maybe my life. I was riding to work yesterday on my Suzuki DR650, when I came around a corner and hit a sandy patch on the road. I lost control of the bike, and fell, hitting my head on the pavement. I scraped the hell out of my hands, because I wasn't wearing gloves, but my head, safely ensconced within one of your full-face helmets, was fine.
The helmet must be about 10 years old, and it still did exactly what it was supposed to, and probably saved my life.
Thank you. I'll be buying a new helmet now, since the old one took the brunt of this crash, and I'll be going with Fulmer.
Sincerely,
J.E

To whom it may concern I first want to thank you on behalf of myself, & for my family for being ALIVE! On 10/21/2011 I was in an accident on south bound I95 in Phila. Pa. I was in the middle lane of traffic coming up on a busy on & off ramp. I put my turn signal on early so my son who was 35ft behind to change also. I changed lanes & noticed a car in the far right lane coming up fast & gave him the hand signal we have here comes an idiot,so he signaled me back he see him, we slow up so he can pass on the left, the cars we were just ready pass on the right. When he split in the gap between the 2 cars & right into me. he came up on us like we were in reverse (I was doing 55-60 when i changed lanes). I got hit in the front tire kept it up & started skidding but me kept coming & took me completely out. He sent me & my VTX 1800 sliding & tumbling ( according to state police 2500-3000ft). I am so grateful that I had my Fulmer hombre helmet on!!!! I saved my life, I was doing 55-60 when this idiot hit me & WHO KNOWS HOW FAST he was going!!! The helmet has a real nice dig & scratch out of it the you can see the fiberglass shards! Thank you again on my behalf & families, RJK.

I would just like to thank you guys for making helmets that save lives. On the 29th of july at 4:10 pm I was hit by a Semi Truck with Trailer at 70mph. Just before I was hit I had said to myself that this was it and I was going to die. After I woke up I could not believe I was still alive. So what I am saying is that do to GOD and YOUR helmet I am alive. Thanks for making a great helmet and keeping me alive.
Thank You

Fulmer,
I had a motorcycle accident this week on Tuesday riding to work. An old lady ran into my lane of traffic, hitting my front tire, throwing me off the bike and onto the street. Tumbling down the road at 40 mph. I was lucky not to get hit again once I was off the bike. I thought I had lost my front teeth after hitting the pavement so hard. I had on a Fulmer helmet, jacket, boots, and glasses, gloves. Survived the accident with a scratch on my nose, my lip bloodied, a few limbs scratched and road rash on my knee. Of course my body aches from the bruises. But you helmet held up great. Only a small piece on the back started to peel away from the edge. No head trauma/head trauma. Thank you. I think the helmet is even reusable. The main thing is I lived through the accident, thanks to you. My family thanks you!!
Keep it up. J. G.

To Whom It May Concern:
Today I decided that my old Z1R helomet was due for a trade. I went to my local motorcycle shop and saw that they no longer carry the Z1R but, instead, carry only Fulmer. I tried the various 655 model helmets on and, with some hesitation, I purchased a white medium.
So I had a moment to crank up and go for a quik 3-4 mile jont through the neighborhood wiht winds gusting at about 25mph. To my surprise, this helmet is better than any other helmet I have EVER worn hands down. In just 3 miles, you took me from HJC to Fulmer...
I have never felt such a comfortable interior on a helmet. The fit is snug but not uncomfortable. You canactually feel the ventalation working (unlike many many helmets out there). The shield wraps around so far that you don't even know it's open and the noise level is less than that of my expensive full-face racing helmet. Amazing!
Looks like you have a new customer... I can't imagine that there is anything out there in this style that is better.

To Whom it may concern:
As of last year, I became a first time rider. I rode dirt bikes many years ago, but last year was my first time riding road bikes. As I was choosing a helmet, all I knew was that I wanted to try a modular due to me wearing glasses. I have to admit that I was skeptical of a modular in comparison to a solid full face. Even though the salesperson assured me that it was every bit as safe as a solid full face, I still had my doubts.
A couple of weeks ago, on April 14, 2011, my reservations were laid to rest. Long story short, my bike went down at 55-60mph. I'm still not sure exactly what happened but all I remember was my bike locking up and starting to fishtail and the next thing I remember is rolling VERY FAST on the ground. My bike was overall not badly damaged, but considered totalled due to frame damage. The worst injury that I received was a ripped up elbow and some road rash. With the exception of losing the face shield and some minor scratches as you can see in the pictures, my helmet was the least damaged of anything in the crash.
I am currently looking for a replacement bike and helmet. I'm not sure what type of bike I will end up with, but I am POSITIVE of what kind of helmet....a Fulmer! In closing, I would like to take this time to not only thank you for a well designed, well built product, but for a helmet that undoubtedly saved me from more serious injuries, maybe even saved my life.
Sincerely,
J. D.
